He has led enterprise‑scale engineering teams within FTSE250 organisation, operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery and change. With deep, hands‑on expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, Jacob bridges board‑level intent with practical execution.
A proven change and transformation leader, with over a decade of consultancy experience, he specialises in aligning technology, people and process to drive lasting outcomes. Jacob is passionate about building high‑quality, scalable solutions and creating cultures where technical excellence delivers measurable value.

James is Head of Business Applications and a cofounder of Delta Technology, with a strong foundation in finance and many years’ experience working with Dynamics 365.
Alongside Jacob, James brings a deep functional and technical background in ERP and a passion for improving business processes through the most effective Microsoft business applications available. He combines proven delivery experience with a client‑first mindset.
