operating at the intersection of strategy, delivery and change. With deep, hands‑on expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, Jacob bridges board‑level intent with practical execution.
A proven change and transformation leader, with over a decade of consultancy experience, he specialises in aligning technology, people and process to drive lasting outcomes. Jacob is passionate about building high‑quality, scalable
solutions and creating cultures where technical excellence delivers measurable value.
James Nicholson
Head of Business Applications
Cofounder
James is Head of Business Applications and a cofounder of Delta Technology, with a strong foundation in finance and many years’ experience working with Dynamics 365.
Alongside Jacob, James brings a deep functional and technical background in ERP and a passion for improving business processes through the most effective Microsoft business applications available. He combines proven delivery experience with a client‑first mindset.

Commercial Director
With over 20 years' experience, Joe is a results-driven Commercial Director who helps organisations get real value from technology. He specialises in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Development (.NET), and Managed Services & Security.
He supports clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises, helping them adopt the right technology, define their strategic direction, and improve operational
efficiency. Understanding each client's challenges and goals is central to his
approach, shaping solutions and
commercial strategies that deliver
measurable and lasting outcomes.
